Way Too Early Season Predictions: 2018 Atlanta Falcons

December 9th, 2018 1:00 PM

Atlanta Falcons @ Green Bay Packers

The Packers have always had problems trying to cover Julio Jones and this game will be no different. Julio Jones will tally over 200 yards but the great Aaron Rodgers will be up to his usual tricks having a great game for himself. The Packers will be at the top of their division by this point and will be looking to knock off the best the NFC South has to offer. This game will be a back and forth battle with very little defense being played at all. Ryan will score a touchdown with a little bit over 2 minutes left in the game to give the Falcons a 5 point lead. Rodgers will follow that with a quick touchdown drive of his own to give the Packers a 1 point lead after a failed two point conversion to go up 3 with 41 seconds left. Matty Ice will hit 2 deep passes over the middle to help Matt Bryant get into field goal range who bangs the 53 yard field goal for the win in a potential game of the year. Falcons get the key win over the Packers and improve to 10-3 on the season.

FINAL SCORE: Falcons 34 Packers 33
