Breakout Rookie Season Incoming

Isaiah Oliver was the Falcons 2nd round pick out of Colorado. He’s looking to make an impact immediately despite sitting 3rd on the depth chart on the left side for Corners.  With an impressive preseason I fully expect him to be Alford’s backup and splitting reps with Poole on the defensive end. We could also see him as a returner on punts and kickoffs possibly.

The falcons have had much success the past couple years with defensive draft picks with guys like Beasley, Jarrett, Jones and Takk have all had good or great rookie seasons. Oliver looks to be the next great pick for TD and Quinn.

Even though there have been reports that compare him to Collins, Oliver is bringing in the mentality of one of the best corners that has played the game in Revis. With this mindset and if he is willing to put in the work he could be one of the best corners in the league in a couple years.

This kid is going to be tons of fun and cannot wait to see what he brings to this Falcons D thats been on the rise since Quinn came to town. The falcons defense should be a top 5 in the league will only get stronger year by year.
