Atlanta Hawks announce throwback jerseys and alternate court

The Atlanta Hawks have announced that they will be wearing their 1968 jerseys as their throwback jerseys this season. In 1968, the St. Louis Hawks moved to Atlanta so this will be an homage to their inaugural season. This jersey was worn most famously by Hawks great Lou Hudson for one season.

The team has also announced that they will be featuring an alternate court for the first time in the team’s history. They will wear an alternate jersey when playing on that court which will be revealed at a later date.

Make sure to come out and support the Hawks during their 50th anniversary season. The Atlanta Hawks take on the Dallas Mavericks October 24th which will be the debuts of Trae Young and Luka Doncic. Let’s show up and show out this season!
